Westfield Center is easily accessible from the Garden State Parkway-Exit 135 and from Route 22. Located on over five acres, Westfied features three enclosed courtyards that are used for barbecues, family gatherings, gardening and other seasonal activities. Westfield Center provides a full array of services that include: Physical, Occupational, Speech and Respiratory Therapy as well as Recreational Therapy. The Center offers both ShortStay Rehabilitation and LongTerm Care. Westfield Center specializes in Pulmonary Care, staffed with Respiratory Therapists 24 hours per day and supervised by a Pulmonologist. The Pulmonary Program includes Ventilator and trach management as well as recovery from respiratory failure, pneumonia and congestive heart failure. All services are provided by a team of professionals comprised of RN's, LPN's, Certified Nursing Assistants and Restorative Nursing Aides. Westfield Center also has a secured Alzheimer's Unit that is the only one of its kind in the area. Staffed by Geriatric Nursing Assistant Specialists, RN's and LPN's, the Homestead Unit provides an environment that is designed to assist individuals with cognitive loss.
